Terms of Service

ArticleSoft.com seeks to provide a useful, free service that connects people who write articles with people who publish or read them. Basically, we share human resources connecting people online.

Authors

* You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. You may use ghost-written articles, provided that you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit. If you use other author's articles, you are obligated to report original author name and his/her consent to use the article or articles. We discourage the submission of PLR (Private Label Rights) articles, though, from time to time, we may elect to include these on our site.

* All articles must have UNIQUE CONTENT. Each article must be no less than 700 WORDS and must be pertinent and useful for all users of ArticleSoft.com. Articles containing less than approximately 650 words will be not published and you may or may not receive an email notification regarding this.

* You agree to maintain a deliverable email address. It is important that we are able to contact you regarding site changes and announcements. We generally send 2 to 3 emails monthly. If you do not maintain a deliverable email address, we may, at our discretion, remove your articles from our article directory.

* We do not accept mass submissions of articles. Please limit submissions to no more than 5 per day.

* We do not accept articles containing links in within the body of your article. You may add your links (no more than 3) within the ABOUT AUTHOR field when you submit. Articles containing links within the article body may be rejected without notice by our editorial staff.

* Any article containg direct links to an affiliate websites will be rejected. However you may add a link to your website page where you clearly explain the affiliation and the link to an affiliates site. Hoplinks are not allowed.

* In order to prevent keyword spamming and keyword stuffing:

Keywords density in the entire article should be no more than 3%.

The Keywords field must contain no more than 6 keywords.

* There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles.

* If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time and fully comply with requests for removal by legitimate sources claiming copyright or for some other legal reason, such as false claims.

* We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we deem a more suitable one is available.

* By submitting your articles to ArticleSoft.com, you agree to allow us to:

Publish your article on ArticleSoft.com and any of its article directory partners.

Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.

Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

* You may not submit any article that contains illegal, pornographic, warez or hate content, or links to any site containing such content. Adult content of any nature is filtered and rejected.

* You may not submit any article that discusses or links to sites that sell or promote the sale of pharmaceuticals on the internet. Sorry guys, if you're a pill pusher, we recommend you seek professional help!

* You may submit gambling articles, so long as they do not read as casino advertisements.

* Please submit each article to the most appropriate category possible. If there is no appropriate category, please suggest one through our contact form.

* You agree and understand that ArticleSoft.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.

Publishers

* You must not alter the articles in any way.

* You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.ArticleSoft.com" from each article you choose to publish. This link must remain intact and be published as a live link.

* You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish.

* You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material or any website containing or associated with such things.

* You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

General

* No articles published in this site will be permitted to be used in spam campaigns.

* No affiliate links will be permitted in any article content. You may link to a page containing affiliate links, so long as this page is not scripted as a redirect.

* ArticleSoft.com reserves the right to accept or refuse inclusion of any article submitted.

* Deep linking or excessive self-serving promotional links may be edited or removed by ArticleSoft.com staff.

* Articles that link to downloadable files or .exe files are not permitted.

* Articles should contain ample content and substance and not direct visitors to finish reading an article at another website.

Disclaimer

* You agree to not hold ArticleSoft.com liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. ArticleSoft.com is simply a hub for authors and publishers to meet. If you have a copyright or other legal issue with another author, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately, as long as sufficient documentation is supplied.

* ArticleSoft.com does not endorse any author, website, or product mentioned in any articles not written by the ArticleSoft.com team.
